Do you offer AI features in your apps?
Absolutely! We are implementing AI features into most of our apps. We utilize state-of-the-art AI models from top providers including OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and Black Forest Labs Flux Pro models.
What data do you collect?
It very much depends on the app. For some apps, we do not collect any data. For some apps we collect basic data about app usage and crash reports. For apps that offer account registration, paid features, and AI features, we collect data you provide when creating an account (e.g., email address), when you purchase a subscription or credits (e.g., purchase data), and data related to prompting the AI models (e.g., text of a prompt used to generate an image using a third-party AI model).
How do you use the data?
We believe in privacy and do not sell any data. We use the data only to enhance our services, ensure apps run smoothly, provide support, and enable features that require the data you enter into the app (e.g., text of your prompt to generate an image using a third-party AI model).
How can I manage or delete my data?
You can delete your account directly in Settings in the particular app. You can also request data deletion anytime by contacting us.
Do you share the data with third parties?
We use certain third-party tools for analytics and crash reporting (e.g., Firebase). We also utilize third-party APIs to offer special features. These services enable us to offer features in our apps, and we need to share some data with them (e.g., an image you upload into the app to get it identified). We include information about these services in our apps, and by using them, you agree to their terms.
Can I cancel my subscription or request a refund?
You can cancel subscriptions through the Apple App Store. For refunds, contact the App Store for assistance as they process the payments and handle the requests.
What happens if I don’t use my credits within a year?
Credits expire 12 months after purchase. They are non-transferable and non-refundable, and can only be used within our services.
How do I report a bug or request a new feature?
You can report bugs or suggest features through our support form. Provide as much info as you can so we can make improvements!
What limitations exist on the use of your apps?
Our services must be used legally and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forbids harmful or illegal activities. In some cases, we also apply limits to avoid usage abuse and ensure the apps run smoothly for all users.
